:NAVH NAVH National Association for the Visually Handicapped ), a leading international provider of mission critical aviation software and services announced today the sale of their internet based flight dispatch solution, WebFP(TM) and Navtech's runway analysis service V1Plus(TM), to PACE Airlines, a division of Piedmont Hawthorne Holdings Inc.

WebFP(TM), an Internet based flight dispatch solution, offers ease of use and efficient, global access to flight planning, weather, NOTAMS NOTAMS Notice to Airmen (aircraft dispatcher)  and messaging via the registered user's section of Navtech's web site that may be accessed worldwide with an internet connection.

Navtech's V1Plus(TM) runway analysis portfolio, includes a traditional, paper-based service, CD-Rom based Digital Paper, and V1Plus(TM) Integrated, an additional runway analysis module accessible within Navtech's DispatchPro(TM) product.
