Navtech Reports 41 Per Cent Annual Revenue Growth in Fiscal 2005.

Navtech, Inc. (OTCBB:NAVH), a leading international provider of flight operations software and services, today announced its 16th consecutive quarter of profitability and increased earnings for the year ended October 31, 2005.

Revenue increased 41 per cent to $11.1 million in fiscal year 2005 from $7.9 million in 2004. Subscription-based recurring revenues increased 14 per cent from 2004 and accounted for 73 per cent of total revenue in 2005.

Net Earnings for the year increased 71 per cent to $673,000, compared to $394,000 in 2004.

2005 Operational Highlights:

- Increased customer base for Crew Management Systems, including contracts with Delta Air Lines, Air Canada, Hawaiian Airlines, Frontier Airlines and Mesa Air Group

- Established a significant market presence in Asia-Pacific with new Dispatch product customers including Air Asia (Malaysia), EVA Airways (Taiwan), Orient-Thai (Thailand), and Air Sahara (India)

- Continued development of the European market with new contracts or completed implementations of Dispatch customers including Thomas Cook (Netherlands), TNT Airways (Belgium) and PGA Portugalia (Portugal)

- Further developed several supplementary dispatch and crew products including C.G.Pro(TM) (integrated weight and balance), DispatchExpress(TM) (dispatch information system), ClassTrade(TM) (crew peer schedule swapping) and ClassVacation(TM) (crew vacation bidding)
