NaviSite, Inc. (Nasdaq: NAVI) today announced the next generation of its secure customer care console, MyNaviSite. This enhanced version delivers new management and reporting capabilities, allowing customers to leverage the in-depth monitoring information available through NaviSite's Enterprise System Management (ESM (1) (Enterprise Storage Management) Managing the online, nearline and offline storage within a large organization.
