: NAX NAX Netzwerk Architekturexport (Germany) ), a golf instruction and equipment company, today announced it has appointed Richard Magid, 44, as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO See Chief Financial Officer. ) effective January 19, 2004. Magid, a member of the Company's Board of Directors since May 2003, replaces Frederic 'Rick' Schweiger, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities.

Magid previously served as CFO of Sportvision, Inc. following the company's merger in 2002 with Ignite Sports, Inc., where he was CFO since 2001. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
