"With the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004, we will see a lot of changes in the coming months in processes, rules, regulations and forms. And, we know that our needs will continue to become more sophisticated in the future. We feel that ENCORE! has the capabilities to meet our needs today and down the road, which is very important to us," said Dr. Tammie J. Bertelson, special education coordinator for NCSD.

"Our previous system was primarily paper and pencil.
