Natrol Inc. has been busy on the new product acquisition front. The Chatsworth-based nutritional supplement maker has licensed U.S. rights to two dietary supplements from Australian biotech company Novogen Ltd. Promensil is used to relieve menopausal symptoms, as well as for prostate and urinary health. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Natrol also has entered into an exclusive manufacturing and distribution arrangement with Nutley Nutley, town (1990 pop. 27,099), Essex co., NE N.J., a residential suburb of Newark, on the Passaic River; settled 1680, inc. 1902. Pharmaceuticals, dyestuffs, and machinery are made. After the Civil War the town was a center for writers and artists. Annie Oakley lived in Nutley., N.J.-based H57 Nutrition for Original South African H57 Hoodia, a trendy plant-based weight loss supplement that inhibits hunger.
