Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. (Executives).


Robert A. Oakley has announced his retirement as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., effective Jan. 31, 2003. Oakley will simultaneously retire from the same position at the company's publicly traded subsidiary, Nationwide Financial Services Inc. Oakley's career with Nationwide has spanned almost 27 years. He was appointed CEO in 1993.
