National thinking is must for solving challenges faced by country: Kaira.LAHORE, May 10, 2010 (Frontier Star): Provincial Minister for Finance and Planning & Development, Tanvir Ashraf Kaira has said that national thinking is must for solving the grave challenges faced by the country and discretionary powers of the politicians as well as bureaucrats should be curtailed.
