Gainer and the Board applauded Mollohan for his outstanding leadership in the fight against economic and high-tech crime. "Congressman Mollohan has a genuine concern for the capacity of local governments to meet their responsibilities in addressing high-tech crime," said Gainer. "He understands the urgent need for training, technical assistance, and research to equip enforcement agencies as they tackle both economic and high-tech crime, and has been a leader on these issues in the United States Congress.
