The Urban Land Institute's State Road 7 Advisory Panel will convene in South Florida Monday, March 15th and begin with a tour of the State Road 7 / US 441 corridor in Broward County. The team will interview stakeholders as it studies the market potential of the corridor, planning and design issues, and then prepare a draft report containing their findings and recommendations. On Friday, March 19th, the ULI Advisory Panel will offer its findings and recommendations addressing State Road 7's market potential, short- and long-term design and planning goals, development strategies, and methods of implementation.
