The first meeting of its kind since the Sept. 1, 2004 Russian school siege that killed more than 300 adults and children, the conference is designed to teach principals, teachers, and parents what to do if their schools are targeted by terrorist organizations. The conference will also cover bullying and school violence, a timely subject in the wake of the March 22 shooting in Red Lake, Minn. which left 10 dead. NIHAP offers the foremost training in homeland security and anti-terrorism for educators in the country.
