National Quotes announces the establishment if Summary Industries Inc.

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 30, 1996--NATIONAL QUOTES INC. announces the establishment of SUMMARY INDUSTRIES INC. a new co-venture owned jointly by TriTec Power Systems Ltd. (60%) and National Quotes Inc. (40%).

The company will hold the worldwide manufacturing and marketing licenses to a revolutionary new motive power system.

The TriTec Power Unit is the result of years of technical knowledge and inventive experience of the co-inventors. The simple yet revolutionary concept was granted a U.S. patent for all of its 17 claims in less than five months. There are additional U.S. patents pending and applications for international protection have also been filed for all major markets.

The power unit uses a triangular transmitter as a wedge to convert linear motion into rotary motion It is an engine which will produce torque at the moment of rotation and attain peak power at a minute fraction of the turning cycle. The unit can perform work at much lower RPM than conventional engines and is more energy efficient.

External combustion power sources such as steam and compressed air are considered to be ideal for this unit. The company has identified many potential applications where waste energy can be recaptured or stored to power the unit.
