National Municipal Bond Lawyer Andrew R. Kintzinger Joins Public Finance Practice at Hunton & Williams.


WASHINGTON -- Hunton & Williams LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  today announced that national municipal bond lawyer Andrew R. Kintzinger has joined the firm as Counsel with its public finance practice.
