) is coming to Las Vegas Las Vegas (läs vā`gəs), city (1990 pop. 258,295), seat of Clark co., S Nev.; inc. 1911. It is the largest city in Nevada and the center of one of the fastest-growing urban areas in the United States. ! Sponsored by the National Recreation and Park Association and the Nevada Recreation and Park Society, NIRI will be held Sept. 9-11 at the Riviera Hotel and Casino. The institute grew from the efforts of two NRPA NRPA National Recreation and Park Association
NRPA Natural Resources Protective Association (Staten Island, NY)
NRPA Niagara Regional Police Association (Canada)
NRPA National Rifle and Pistol Association
 branches (the American Park and Recreation Society and the National Therapeutic Recreation Society) to create inclusion training for parks and recreation agency staff across the country. NIRI provides individuals with the tools to design, implement and evaluate their recreation programs to include all patrons, with and without disabilities.

Recreation managers, therapeutic recreation specialists and general recreation staff will gain new knowledge, skills and resources to embrace recreation inclusion. NIRI has been a tremendous success, both in content and attendance. The Las Vegas planners anticipate that registration will fill quickly.
