) one of the nation's largest health care real estate investment trusts, announced today it is providing a $4.6 million mortgage to Heritage Health Care Center of Baker, Fla.

The loan was used to refinance the current bond indebtedness and to provide financing for the construction of an additional 60 beds at Heritage Health Care. The 60-bed nursing home is managed by ACDM ACDM Association for Clinical Data Management

ACDM Association Canadienne de la Dystrophie Musculaire (French: Muscular Dystrophy Association of Canada) 
 of Iowa. ACDM currently operates 28 nursing homes throughout Iowa and Florida.

"ACDM is doing a great job in its nursing homes, and we are pleased to be refinancing another center that they manage," Andy Adams said. "Many of the nation's elderly continue retiring to Florida, and the demand for nursing home beds in that state is increasing."
