National Group Piano and Piano Pedagogy Forum.The fourth biennial National Group Piano and Piano Pedagogy Forum (GP3 Forum) was held August 4-5, 2006, in Norman, Oklahoma. This year was the first Forum held since GP3 became a program of MTNA in the fall of 2005. The theme of the Forum was "The Millennial Student." More than 100 people attended the Forum. Craig Vickio, far left, a dinical psychologist at Bowling Green State University, was the keynote speaker for the GP3 Forum. [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] Among the many presenters were Cynthia Pullen, above, and Ann Porter. [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] Panel sessions covered topics ranging from students with special needs to generational issues. [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] Attendees participated in breakout sessions at the Forum. At the end of Tami Bush's session she invited attendees to try tracing a line on paper with their non-dominant hands while looking only into a mirror held where they could see the paper's reflected image.
