Dr. Schwartz is a nationally renowned expert on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) Disorder characterized by persistent, intrusive, and senseless thoughts (obsessions) or compulsions to perform repetitive behaviors that interfere with normal functioning.
