Mr. Brater is currently Chairman - Executive Committee of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of HTI Voice Solutions, Inc., where he has served on the Board of Directors since 1990. From November 1989 until May 1990, Mr. Brater served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In May 1990, he and a group of private investors acquired HTI at which time Mr. Brater was named President and Chief Executive Officer as well as appointed to the Board of Directors. In 1987, he was Vice President and General Manager of IOC's Voice Systems Division. Before that, Mr. Brater held various senior managerial positions with General Instrument, General Signal and Chelsea Industries. From 1962 through 1965, Brater served as an Infantry Officer with the United States Army United States Army
