National Cooperative Bank expands New York presence.

, a subsidiary of National Cooperative Bank The National Consumer Cooperative Bank (NCCB) was created and chartered by the National Consumer Cooperative Bank Act (92 Stat. 499, 12 U.S.C.A. 3001), enacted on August 20, 1978. The bank is directed by the act to encourage the development of new and existing cooperatives.  (NCB), the nation's leading provider of financing to housing cooperatives and condominiums in the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Tri-State area, is doubling its office space to 10,000 square feet at its 250 Park Avenue location.

Edward Howe III, Managing Director of NCB's New York office, made the announcement.

"The NCB New York team has called 250 Park Avenue home for the past seven years," stated Mr. Howe.

"Since planting our roots on the ninth floor, we have grown substantially from a boutique financier to New York's leading cooperative and condominium lending institutions.

"We are committed to staying at this premier location in Midtown and we look forward to celebrating future successes in our newly designed and expanded office."

Construction of NCB New York's new space began in November, and was completed in early February 2006. While remaining on the ninth floor, the Bank has now officially moved in to its expanded location in Suite 900.
