National Cooperative Bank (NCB).


National Cooperative Bank The National Consumer Cooperative Bank (NCCB) was created and chartered by the National Consumer Cooperative Bank Act (92 Stat. 499, 12 U.S.C.A. 3001), enacted on August 20, 1978. The bank is directed by the act to encourage the development of new and existing cooperatives.  (NCB (Network Control Block) A packet structure used by the NetBIOS communications protocol. ) approved more. than $17 million in financing during August 2000, for 14 New York New York, state, United States

The announcement was made by Edward Howe III, managing director of the firm's New York office.

Mr. Howe approved the largest transaction on behalf of NCB in August, a $4.10 million first mortgage, with a $1.00 million line of credit for 750 Kappock Apartment Corp, a 158-unit co-op located at 750 Kappock St. in Riverdale. Mr. Howe also arranged a $2.00 million first mortgage and a $800,000 second line of credit for Dune Deck Owners Corp, a 71-unit coop COOP

 located at 379 Dune Road located in Westhampton, a 75-unit coop located at 440 E. 5th St. in Manhattan was approved for a $1.00 million line of credit, and a $620,000 first mortgage for the Stuart House located at 525 W. 23rd St. in Riverdale, a 37-unit co-op.

NCB senior vice president Paulette Bonanno arranged a $2.275 million first mortgage for the 76-unit co-op located at 123 Stoneleigh Parkway in Bronxville, a $750,000 first mortgage for The Boulevard Towers, a 59-unit condo located at 119-45 Union Turnpike Union Turnpike has the following meanings:

NCB senior vice president Sheldon Gartenstein arranged a $1.50 million first mortgage and $200,000 second mortgage line of credit for the Kew Gardens Kew Gardens (ky), Kew, Surrey, S England, on the Thames just W of London; Royal Botanic Gardens is the official name.  Owners Corp., a 104-unit co-op located at 141-20 77th St. in Kew Gardens, a $700,000 second mortgage for 325 E. 41st St. in New York City, a 95-unit co-op, a $500,000 line of credit for the Crystal House, a 173-unit co-op at 200 E. 24th St. in Manhattan, and $300,000 of unsold share loans for Sheffield Associates located at 87-09, 87-10, 88-10 & 88-11 34th St. in Jackson Heights, N.Y.

Finally, NCB vice president Mindy Goldstein arranged a first mortgage for $216, 000 for Height Owners Corp, a 10-unit co-op located at 123 Henry St. in Brooklyn.
