National Contract Management Association Selects VCampus to Develop Online Curriculum to Support Professional Certifications.

RESTON, Va. -- Online Courses Will Complement NCMA's New Contract Management Learning Center Offering Professional Development, Certification Preparation and Continuing Education Options

The National Contract Management Association (NCMA), the preeminent source of professional development for the practice of contract management, and VCampus Corporation (NASDAQ:VCMP), a provider of comprehensive e-Learning publishing and hosting services to corporate, government, association and higher education organizations, today announced plans to develop and deliver an online curriculum to support the Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) and the Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) credentials offered by NCMA. With thousands of certified contract professionals worldwide and being recertified each year, NCMA's professional certifications are the contract management profession's most distinguished and valued credentials. These courses are the first part of a series of courses being jointly developed under the VCampus Select Partner(TM) Program. Changing regulations, rules and practices affecting the contract management discipline coupled with the revenue implications resulting from missed assignments, deliverables and deadlines are making the need for qualified contract management professionals in today's corporate and government organizations more important than ever. With more than 17,000 members, NCMA's professional certification and training programs are designed to elevate professional standards, enhance performance and distinguish those who demonstrate knowledge essential to the successful practice of contract management.

Using NCMA content, VCampus will initially develop and deliver an online curriculum based on NCMA's Service Contracting: an Integrated Approach classroom seminar, followed by CFCM, CCCM and CPCM certification preparation courses. VCampus is working with NCMA to launch its new Contract Management Learning Center that will feature a robust library of online courses to support the professional development, certification preparation and continuing education needs of contract management professionals worldwide.

A total of 60 hours of instruction is required during the course of the five-year certification renewal period to qualify for recertification. All of the online courses available in NCMA's Contract Management Learning Center will provide continuing education credits toward the recertification requirement. Costs of the online courses will range from $99 and up for individual purchasers, with corporate and NCMA member discounts available. The online library in Contract Management Learning Center is scheduled to launch in October 2004, with the initial course, Service Contracting: an Integrated Approach, scheduled to be available in first quarter 2005.
