: CPTV CPTV Connecticut Public Television ), a leading provider of input management solutions, today announced a comprehensive contract with National City Corp., one of the nation's largest financial holding companies, in which the firm will combine InputAccel(R), Captiva's flagship document capture software, with FormWare(R), Captiva's award-winning forms processing and data capture software, to create a complete solution for processing the more than 36 million incoming account applications, correspondence, loan, mortgage and other financial documents and forms the company receives from its customers every year. The value of the contract to Captiva is approximately $1.35 million.

The new solution is part of National City's initiative to replace labor-intensive paper processes with a streamlined input management system. The company will implement InputAccel to scan and convert documents into electronic content and FormWare to automatically recognize and extract data from forms, thereby expediting document and form processing.
