National Biodiesel Board.
The National Biodiesel Board hires Manning Feraci as VP of Federal
Affairs. He most recently served as the Chief of Staff to Congressman
Kenny Hulshof (R-MO), and has more than 14 years of experience working
for members of the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee.
The assoc also adds Larry Schafer of Diamond Group, LLC, to its
legislative and regulatory team as Sr Adviser. Schafer previously worked
for both the Renewable Fuels Association and the National Council of
Farmer Cooperatives.
The assoc has relocated its office to: 1331 Pennsylvania Ave, NW,
Suite 512, Washington, D.C. 20004; 202/737-8801.
