GEORGETOWN, Texas -- Building on its alternative fuels business model, and working to create alternative fuels solutions throughout the U.S., CleanFUEL USA, Inc. - a Texas-based corporation and ProTec Fuel Management, LLC - a Florida-based corporation specializing in traditional and alternative fuel logistics, supply procurement and price risk management announce a joint venture: CleanFuel USA Distribution & Management, Inc. ("CFDM").

The combining of the two firms' assets, market reach, capabilities, field personnel, customer service, and fuel access bring the market a complete solution for the incorporation of alternative fuels. The company will also provide: fuel supply, storage & blending, fueling systems & equipment, fuel price risk management, automated fleet fuel management programs, and fuel marketing services.
