Nasdaq Has Appended an 'E' to Company's Trading Symbols.REHOVOT, Israel, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ --T.V.G. Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: TVGTF) announced today that Nasdaq has appended an "E" to each of its trading symbols. Accordingly, the trading symbol Trading symbol See: Ticker symbol (s) for the Company's securities were changed from TVGTF to TVGTE, TVGUF to TVGUE, TVGWF to TVGWE, TVGZF to TVGZE, and TVGLF to TVGLE at the opening of business on January 9, 2001. The Company has been notified that this action was a result of the failure of the Company to file audited financial statements on Form 20-F for the period ended December 31, 1999, as required by Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14). The Nasdaq has also advised the Company that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market Nasdaq stock market The first electronic stock market listing over 5000 companies.
