Nasdaq Has Appended an 'E' to Company's Trading Symbols.
T.V.G. Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: TVGTF) announced today that Nasdaq has appended an "E" to each of its trading symbols. The Nasdaq has also advised the Company that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market at the opening of business on January 19, 2001, unless by January 17, 2001 either (i) the Company files an amended Form 20-F which contains audited financial statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Nasdaq Listings Qualifications Department, or (ii) a request is made by the Company for a hearing to stay the delisting of the Company's securities pending the decision of a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel.
The Company currently anticipates that it will request a hearing to stay the delisting of the Company's securities pending the decision of a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel.
