The Company has been notified that this action was a result of the failure of the Company to file audited financial statements on Form 20-F for the period ended December 31, 1999, as required by Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14). The Nasdaq has also advised the Company that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market Nasdaq stock market
