Nascent Food Service Enters Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Cabo Foods.

SAN DIEGO -- Nascent Food Service (OTCBB: NCTW) today announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Cabo Foods for exclusive rights to distribute Cabo Chips throughout Mexico.

Cabo Foods is one of several companies that has granted Nascent Food Service exclusive distribution rights for their products in Mexico. Other companies granting exclusive agreements to Nascent include Miller Beer in Baja California, Mexico, Ferrarelle Water, and Avasoft Ice Cream.
