The exhibit is a collection of unique photographs from Sebastian Copeland's upcoming book based on a recent Global Green-led expedition with scientific experts and researchers to remote Antarctica. The photographs illustrate the imminent danger caused by warming trends to Antarctica and the melting ice shelf, which will have dire consequences not just for the penguins in Antarctica but for all of humanity due to the resulting rising sea levels.

The profits from the sale of photography at the event and 15 percent of the evening's merchandise sales will benefit Global Green USA. The new Napapijri(R) store showcases the brand's signature men's, women's and children's apparel and accessories in 2,000 square feet of selling space on one floor, mirroring the brand's international presentation. The modern yet outdoors-inspired nature of the environment provides an ideal stage for the brand's contemporary merchandise. The Napapijri(R) brand is infused into the environment via the use of signature overhead lighting, oak fixtures and sanded wood blades suspended from the ceiling and printed with the brand's iconic logo and graphics. Shoppers can experience nature in the store's indoor green garden situated in the rear of the store.

Founded in 1986 in Aosta, Italy and acquired by VF Corporation in May 2004, the Napapijri(R) brand offers a range of men's, women's and kids' sportswear as well as bags and accessories.
