* DAVID WEINBERG (Los Angeles Chapter) was named Chief Operating Officer of Skechers USA Inc., a footwear developer and marketer in Manhattan Beach, Calif.

* ROBERT D. WOLTIL, CPA (Tampa Bay Chapter), was appointed Senior Vice President and CFO of Dresser Inc., Dallas. Dresser is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of equipment for the energy industry.

* MARK A. ZORKO, CPA (Chicago Chapter), was elected to the Board of Directors of Guardian Technologies International Inc. Zorko is a CFO Partner with Tatum Partners LLP, a national firm that consults for a wide variety of clients on financial matters and CFO engagements.
