Petrofund is a Calgary-based royalty trust that acquires and manages producing oil and gas properties in Western Canada. Brown is the chairman of FEI Canada, 2004-5.

* ED KUHL (Northern Florida Chapter) was promoted to Senior Vice President and CFO of The Main Street America Group, of Jacksonville, Fla., an operator of three property and casualty insurance carriers: National Grange Mutual Insurance Co., Old Dominion Insurance Co. and Main Street American Assurance Group.

* AL MAWANI, MBA, CA (Toronto Chapter), was named to the Boards of Directors of both Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. of Vancouver, British Columbia, and Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust, in Calgary. Mawani is President of Exponent Capital Partners Inc., a private equity firm.

The chain has recently opened gyms in South Korea, China & the Bahamas.  in Chicago.

* THOMAS J. VIRGIN (Washington State Chapter) was appointed Vice President and CFO of Integrated Healthcare Systems Inc. in Seattle. IHA See Intel Hub Architecture.  is a pharmacy-technology company that provides automation systems to hospitals and other centralized pharmacies to reduce costs and increase patient safety.
