DARA KHOSROWSHAHI was appointed EVP and CFO of USA Networks Inc., New York.

DAVID KINDLICK was named VP, CFO and Treasurer of South Jersey Industries, Folsom, N.J., an energy-services holding company.

BARBARA KLEIN (Chicago Chapter) joined as SVP and CFO of CDW Computer Centers Inc., Vernon Hills, Ill. a direct solutions provider of brand-name technology solutions for business, government agencies and educational institutions.

ANDREW J. KOHUT was promoted to CFO and EVP of Chesapeake Corp., Richmond, Va., a specialty-packaging-services provider.

WILLIAM "BILL" P. LEISER joined as CFO, The Staubach Company, Dallas, a global full-service real estate strategy and services firm.

KENNETH J. MAHON, CFO and EVP, Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh, Brooklyn. N.Y., was named a director of Dime Community Bancshares Inc.

REGINA PADLILLO (Connecticut/ Westchester Chapter), CFO/EVP of Gartner Inc., Stamford, Conn., was named the 24th Bartels Distinguished Fellow by the University of New Haven.

DAVID N. PILOTTE (Dallas Chapter) was named EVP and CFO of Edge Technology Group, Dallas, a publicly held company bringing together software developers, resellers and professional service firms.

BRAD PLATIKO, EVP and CFO, Imperial Credit Industries Inc., Torrance, Calif., was appointed President and COO of this industrial banking firm.

PAUL REILLY (Long Island Chapter) was appointed CFO of Arrow Electronics Inc., Melville, N.Y, a distributor of electronic components and computer products.

SCOTT SCHWEINFURTH (Chicago Chapter), EVP, CFO and Treasurer of WMS Industries, Waukegan, Ill., has added to his role responsibility for worldwide manufacturing, distribution and field service operations. WMS is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of gaming devices and video lottery terminals.

CHRIS SCULLY was named VP Finance, Label Shared Services of AOL Time Warner's Warner Music Group, New York, parent of top record companies.
