A Wal-Mart Supercenter remains a popular alleged anchor for the project, along with a Toys-R-Us location and a Red Robin restaurant franchise. Toys-R-Us is no stranger to the market, but Red Robin Gourmet Burgers would be something new to central Arkansas, though it already has both a Fayetteville and Rogers location. According to its Web site, Red Robin is a casual dining restaurant chain that serves gourmet burgers with bottomless fries, as well as salads, soups, appetizers, entrees, desserts, and its signature "Mad Mixology mix·ol·o·gy n. The study or skill of preparing mixed drinks. mix·ol  o·gist n. " specialty drinks.
