Name change at Century 21.

Kevin B. Brown announced that the new name for his Manhattan-based CENTURY 21[R] real estate franchise will be Century 21 Kevin B. Brown & Associates.

The company was formerly known as Century 21 William B. May, a new company created from a merger between CENTURY 21 and William B. May's Midtown office. The firm belongs to the world's largest real estate company, comprising some 7500 offices in 39 countries, with over 137,500 agents worldwide and a host of international connections.

Chairman of Century 21 Kevin B. Brown & Associates, Kevin Brown noted, "While our company is expanding in Manhattan, it is also transacting a growing number of sales in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens, as well as areas outside of the city, such as Long Island, Connecticut, Ulster and Sullivan Counties."

Additionally, Century 21 Kevin B. Brown has attracted a significant array of international sellers and buyers, and is currently listing major properties in China, Mexico and France, where the company's listings include a $10 million chateau.

"We have changed the company's name with a vision towards growing our own brand into a wider geographic area, without licensing restrictions. With the determination to provide our customers with the highest level of service, expertise and counsel, we will preserve the heritage and tradition we acquired through our association with the William B. May Company, expanding it to a much larger region," said Mr. Brown.
