Nacio Announces Strategic Acquisition of a Leading Network Auditing Company.

NOVATO, Calif. -- Nacio Systems Inc., a provider of advanced hosted management solutions and online business applications announced that it has acquired some of the assets and intellectual property of Attest, a market leader in software and hardware asset discovery and management. Attest will operate from the Nacio corporate offices and data center complex in Novato, California.
