NYU Hospitals ups occupancy to 66,000 s/f at 673 First.

 Hospitals Center has leased 43,026 s/f at 673 First Avenue.

This lease increases NYU Hospital's commitment within the building to 65,720 s/f and raises the property's office occupancy to 100%.

NYU Hospital is one of the nation's premier centers of excellence in health care, scientific research, and medical education. The new 15-year lease agreement for the balance of the fourth floor it did not yet occupy as well as the entire fifth floor effectively increases its total commitment within the SL Green portfolio to over 230,000 s/f.

Howard J. Tenenbaum and Gary M. Rosen of SL Green represented the landlord in the new agreement.
