NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:NEOM) and NYCO Products Company of Countryside, IL, today announced the adoption of PaperClick Enterprise print-to-Internet enabling technology for the company's product information. This application is targeted at the $839 Billion chemical manufacturing marketplace (U.S.). According to the 1997 Economic Census Report, there are 27,026 chemical manufacturers in the United States subject to OSHA regulations, and therefore potential users of this PaperClick application.

Each NYCO product UPC code will be linked directly to product information on the Internet. A user will be able to scan the bar code using PaperClick software, or enter the numbers associated with the bar code into the PaperClick Go Window that will be on the NYCO web site and be linked automatically to the product information. NYCO plans to implement the new service over the next 90 days.

Chemical manufacturers are required by law (OSHA) to provide MSDS information with the shipment of product for the workplace.
