NYC metro area continues to lead nation in new apartment construction.


New apartment (structures with five or more units) construction in metropolitan areas last year was led for the fourth consecutive year by the New York-Northern New Jersey, NY-NJ-PA metropolitan statistical area (MSA (Metropolitan Service Area) An urban area with at least 50,000 people plus surrounding counties.
