NYC company wins Paramus prize.


New Jersey's Goldstein Group arranged a multi million sale of a retail building located at 110 East Route 4 in Paramus. NJ.

The 20.000 s/f. freestanding building was owned by Lynn Realty Associates of New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 and sold to Yaraghi LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

 of New York. The Goldstein Group's Curtis Nassau and Florian Suserman. along with Chuck Lanyard, principal and director of brokerage services, represented the buyer in this transaction.
