NYARM votes Lehr Manager of the Year.

 Association of Realty Managers named Peter Lehr of Kaled Management Corp., located in Westbury, NY as their 2006 Property Manager of the Year.

The NYARM NYARM New York Association of Realty Managers  awards ceremony to honor Peter's great achievement as well as the other recipients to this award, will be held Saturday January 27, 2007 at the Crest Hollow County Club, Woodbury, NY.

Peter began his tenure at Kaled in August 1999 as a property manager of cooperative / condominium condominium
