NYARM seminar to be held Sept. 25.


NYARM NYARM New York Association of Realty Managers , New York Association of Realty Managers- sponsored, on May 22 at the Hotel Pennsylvania, a conference, style seminar on Emergency Preparedness PART ONE. The above group of panelists addressed over 130 Residential Property Management Professionals on topics such as: How to create fire drill procedures. How to prepare your building for evacuations. When to evacuate versus when to not. Dealing with Special Needs Tenants during an emergency. What should be included in individual apartment emergency kits. Liability issues as it relates to the property manager. Choosing the right technology when upgrading emergency communication systems. The role of building service employees.

On Sept. 25, PART TWO of the Emergency Preparedness Series will take place at Tavern on The Green Tavern on the Green is a restaurant located in Central Park, New York City.
