NYARM gearing up for annual Real Estate Expo.


An invitation-only Executive Management Forum will be one of the highlights of the NYARM NYARM New York Association of Realty Managers  Real Estate Expo on September 27 at the Hotel Pennsylvania Coordinates:  The Hotel Pennsylvania is a hotel located at 401 7th Avenue in Manhattan, across the street from Pennsylvania Station and Madison Square Garden in New York City.  in Manhattan.

Featuring a panel of high-powered management company principals as well as Jay Romano, columnist for The New York New York, state, United States

 Times Real Estate Section, the Forum will include a discussion of the current state of the management industr and an exchange of ideas.

) Courses, which will allow managers and brokers to receive their required real estate licensing credits while attending the Expo. The price for credit courses is just $25 for NYARM members and $50 for nonmembers. For those who do not require credit, free seminars will also be offered, all of which can earn nyarm certification.

Another new addition to the Expo is the "Meet the Pro's" booth, where attendees can sit down with professionals in the management industry and receive a free consultation. Experts will include managers, accountants, attorneys, City agency representatives, environmental consultants and more. And, of course, free will take place throughout the day great prizes. Breakfast and lunch will be available for purchase: Yardi Systems is the exclusive lunch sponsor, and the Expo Bag Sponsor is Andrea Bunis Management.

The 2006 NYARM Real Estate Expo will once again be managed by Highpoint Ventures, Inc., a business communications and marketing firm owned by Matt Kovner and Vicki Chesler, founders of The Cooperator and the Co-op & Condo Expo, which they sold to Yale Robbins in 1999.
