Location The complex is a nondescript enclave of two bare twelve-story brick buildings on the Lower East Side, Manhattan at 10 Monroe . NYARM will celebrate the event at the Crest Hollow Country Club, 8325 Jericho Turnpike turnpike, road paid for partly or wholly by fees collected from travelers at tollgates.
