Fourteen Building Congress members ranging from architectural and engineering firms to electrical contractors and equipment suppliers were represented in the show's U.S. Pavilion. Building Congress President Louis Coletti explained that "because of our participation in this show, we will be able to provide firms with up-to-date information on project developments in Taiwan; to identify qualified, potential local Taiwan partners; and to strengthen existing relationships with Taiwan leaders. "The Taipei International Construction Show is the second such program we have been in that was designed to assist the New York/New Jersey region's design and construction firms obtain jobs overseas," Coletti continued.
