NY Real Estate Managers complete annual elections.

The New York Association of Realty Managers has elected its new executives.

The results of the board elections are as follows: Executive Board; President-Rochelle Captan, Amalgamated Warbasse Houses; Executive Vice President-Greg Carlson, The Federation of NY Housing Cooperatives & Condominiums; Vice President Stephen Elbaz, Esquire Management; Treasurer-Brendan Keany, Mutual Redevelopment Houses; Secretary-Timothy Clancy, The Durst Organization; Sergeant-at-Arms-George Brady, Resident Manager; President Emeritus-P. Leonard Jones, CLK Management.
