NVIDIA Graphics Processors Now Shipping in 100% of Compaq Prosignia PCs; NVIDIA's Vanta Graphics Processor Standard Across Compaq Prosignia Family of PCs.

NVIDIA(TM) Corporation (Nasdaq:NVDA) announced today that the NVIDIA Vanta(TM) graphics processor has been selected as the standard graphics solution for Compaq Computer Corporation's complete line of Prosignia(R) desktop PCs.

In addition, NVIDIA's RIVA TNT2(TM) and RIVA TNT2 Ultra have also been selected as the only upgrade options to the standard NVIDIA Vanta offering. Compaq's Prosignia family of products are specifically designed to give small- and medium-sized business better choices for integrated technology solutions. The NVIDIA Vanta, RIVA TNT2 and RIVA TNT2 Ultra allow Compaq to deliver unmatched graphics performance, compatibility and quality at every price point, from the sub-$1,000 Prosignia 320 to the top-of-the-line Prosignia 330.

Based on the award-winning RIVA TNT2 architecture, the NVIDIA Vanta graphics processor is a low-cost graphics processor for entry-level add-in-card and motherboard solutions.
