NUCLEAR PROLIFERATION EXPERT JOINS SAIC

 MCLEAN, Va., July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. David Kay, a noted authority and highly respected expert on arms control matters and nuclear inspections, has joined Science Applications International Corp.'s (SAIC) Strategy, Arms Control, and Verification Operation.
 Kay, a former International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) senior official, helped expose Saddam Hussein's extensive nuclear weapons program to the world following the Gulf War. Kay will work with Dr. Lewis Dunn, former assistant director of the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency (ACDA) and U.S. Ambassador to the 1985 NPT Review Conference.
 SAIC's Strategy, Arms Control, and Verification Operation, which conducts studies and research for several government agencies as well as for the private sector, is managed by Frank Jenkins.
