Genuity Inc., a leading provider of enterprise Internet Protocol (IP) networking services, today announced that NTT-ME, a leading provider of residential and business Internet services in Japan, has selected Genuity to provide its customers with high-quality, global Internet access services. Genuity's high-speed International Internet Service Provider Direct (IISP Direct) service provides NTT-ME and its customers with robust and reliable Tier 1 connectivity, all backed by some of the industry's most comprehensive service level agreements (SLAs).

Genuity's global Tier 1 network, combined with the company's extensive public and private peering relationships, provides NTT-ME's customers with the access and global reach necessary to meet their growing connectivity needs and requirements. In addition to world-class dedicated access, Genuity's extensive 24x7 global network monitoring and management capabilities provide NTT-ME with the around-the-clock support and network management necessary to keep its services up and running.

This feature enables NTT-ME to create specific performance reports in real-time from anywhere in the world - a key component of NTT-ME's own troubleshooting and network planning initiatives.
