 Communications (NTT Com) announced today that it intends to open the NTT Communications Dubai Representative Office in Dubai Internet City Dubai Internet City (DIC) is an information technology park created by the Government of Dubai as a free economic zone and a strategic base for companies targeting emerging markets.  (DIC DIC diffuse intravascular coagulation; disseminated intravascular coagulation.

The office will be headed by Mr. Hiroyuki Hosoi, currently Director of the Global Business Division. The office will start operations as soon as the final trade license has been granted by DIC and the other remaining administrative procedures have been completed.
