NTN's Buzztime Entertainment Invites Cable Operators to Play Along at the National Cable Television Association Show.

Working with Scientific-Atlanta, Liberate and ICTV, Buzztime Entertainment has created three compelling opportunities to experience the play-along trivia channel that Susquehanna Communications digital cable subscribers in York, Pa., are already enjoying in their homes, courtesy of the current technical and marketing trial of BUZZTIME(TM).

Buzztime Entertainment, Inc. develops the BUZZTIME(TM) trivia channel, the only 24-hour play-along entertainment broadcast created exclusively for interactive television audiences and designed for massive, multiplayer competition. BUZZTIME features six different trivia channels loaded with content designed for players of all interests and ability levels.

Scientific-Atlanta - Booth #1247

Through Buzztime Entertainment's relationship with Scientific-Atlanta, the Buzztime trivia channel has been developed specifically for the Scientific-Atlanta Explorer series set top boxes that are currently deployed in approximately 40% of digital cable customer homes. Buzztime Entertainment has created the only program on the Scientific-Atlanta platform that enables multiplayer competition, making BUZZTIME ready to launch on cable systems currently using the Explorer series set top boxes.

Liberate - Booth #1561

Buzztime Entertainment has developed the BUZZTIME(TM) trivia channel for the Liberate TV Navigator Compact software, which runs on the Motorola DCT2000 box, the most widely deployed digital cable set top box platform in the United States. Liberate TV Navigator Compact software supports a wide range of interactive services on the Motorola DCT2000 set top box, including two-way interactive TV applications. The Liberate software optimizes use of Flash memory, supports HTML forms and frames, and its self-contained processing minimizes network utilization and produces faster and smoother interactivity for the television viewer. ICTV - Booth #1755

ICTV, creator of HeadendWare(TM), the world's first centralized platform for the delivery of new television services, is supporting a dynamic presentation of BUZZTIME(TM). Using Flash animation and dynamic HTML technologies, ICTV adds motion and audio to BUZZTIME game play, making the already exciting multiplayer competition even more compelling.
