NSC nonwoven (Asselin-Thibeau) is well known for such nonwoven equipment as Excelle cards, crosslappers, Prodyn weight distribution regulator, drafters, needlelooms, winders and slitters-rewinders. To meet all nonwoven producers' targets, the above NSC nonwoven machines are available in several levels of performance, which can be found among the two ranges of equipment: the state-of-the-art and the Axcess range of equipment.

At ITMA Asia, NSC nonwoven exhibited for the first time its A.30 needleloom. This needleloom is part of the Axcess range of equipment, as the CA21 cards, the Profile P.325 and Active crosslappers. The Axcess machines distinguish themselves by their medium production capacity performances, price competitiveness together with similar quality in design as the NSC nonwoven state-of-the-art range of machines. NSC nonwoven has also introduced innovations in cutting and winding machinery. Vantage mother reel winders, VantageSlitters and EasyWinders highlight its extra benefits such as consistent roll quality, high production cycle efficiency, flexibility, ease of maintenance and minimum downtime and user friendliness.

The A.30 needleloom features a SFD compressive feeding device, a working width of 2.90 meters, 60 mm stroke height, an industrial punching speed of 1000 rpm and a needle pattern of 3466 + 5000 needles/m. Also available are working widths of 4.10-4.70-5.90 meters, stroke height of 40 mm and industrial punching speeds of 1200 rpm. The needle pattern is 5000 + 5000 needles/m.
