NS8 Signs Content Distribution Deal with True Corporation of Thailand.

LOS ANGELES -- NS8 Corporation (OTCBB:NSEO) announced today that its digital media division, iWave Interactive, has signed a multi-year video on demand (VOD) content distribution agreement with True Corporation Plc, Thailand's only fully integrated communications carrier and the leader in convergence solutions. The distribution agreement will provide True with iWave IPTV content consisting of HD (High Definition) programming such as IMAX films and documentaries, popular American music videos and concerts, international sports and special event programming, travel and other speciality content for distribution over True IPTV networks.

iWave, a leading broadcast management service of digital content over Internet enabled networks, will be one of the first end-to-end digital content distribution companies to provide high definition content over IP networks in Asia Pacific. "Thailand is one of the most important and modern technology markets in Asia Pacific. We are excited to be working with a large market leader like True and provide them with high definition and other premium digital programming for their IPTV service," says Carl Segal, Executive Vice President of NS8.

According to recent statistics from research firm Dittberner Associates, the number of IPTV subscribers is expected to grow from about 2 million globally at the end of 2005, to 53 million in 2013. According to research published by Informa Telecoms & Media, the Asia Pacific region will account for the fastest growth in global VOD revenues, which are predicted to grow from $262 million in 2005 to approximately $1.2 billion in 2010. The Asia Pacific market currently has approximately 18 million VOD or NVOD households, and is expected to grow to 125 million by 2010, surpassing North American households.
